Kern River Group Picnic area. PRE-REGISTER at Active.com no later than October 10.

DIRECTIONS
Hwy. 99 exit 178/Rosedale Hwy. Take 178 East 10.8 miles. Left at Alfred Harrell Hwy. Follow the Spooktacular signs to the start.
